As reported on the website of the Moscow Department of Culture, the head of the department Sergey Kapkov ordered to cancel all entertainment events in cultural institutions on July 16 or replace them with spiritual and educational.

In July, many cultural institutions of the city of Moscow - theaters, children's art schools and cultural centers - are mainly closed or do not conduct active activities.
