I'm not talking about Nemtsov and Navalny, even me, a poor pacifist, do not let me into the TV fourteenth year. Why? Because, in fact, the problem of the antimilitarian movement in Russia will be more important than many others - the most important of the problem of housing and communal services, gas and oil issues. It is enough to look at the budget of Russia - it immediately characterizes the country: if its military budget is half the general, then such a country will never be able to get out of the economic crisis. Maybe for some time she can still make ends meet at the expense of oil rents or other large enterprises and at the expense of income received from undressing the people, but this is not for long.

Pacifism = patriotism

The 30s and 40s in the Soviet Union are known for stripping the people in favor of the army. This is confirmed by many military personnel who said in those years: "When I was in the army, I first ate the spot." The guy from the village could not eat normally, because almost everything collected and grown was selected and transferred to the needs of the army. To protect the Motherland, as they say, we don’t feel sorry for anything. And if it is not a pity, then where will the well -being of the country come from?

My grandmother Praskovya Ivanovna was born in 1905, an illiterate mother of four children, in 1941 her husband went to the front and immediately went missing. She and four children had to survive under Moscow, in the Kashira region. In the 1960s, when I was already a schoolboy, she, looking at the TV at how they march on Red Square, said: “What are they doing there? Like healthy men, what are they doing? Here we have nothing here, but they are walking. ” From food, we only had a potato with herring and what would grow in the garden. Meat - only on big holidays. And at this very time, thousands of soldiers marched satisfied, well -fed, in a brand new shape. A illiterate woman looked at them, who has been in the war since the death of her husband has passed in the war; She alone raised four children, paying all kinds of taxes - from a tree, from a goat, from a cow - and sincerely perplexed: why are they walking there?

A person opposing his army is a patriot number one.

So for what reason do we feed the army? And it turns out that only one argument is fear. Only the fear with which one part of the people sucks the other: there are enemies around, it means that you have to be on the alert, you need to have several submarines and preferably with nuclear weapons. These are, they say, good examples before us: North Korea has nuclear weapons, and no one touches them. And what they do there in their country, it seems like it doesn’t matter.

Lev Nikolaevich Tolstoy wrote that all the then residents of Europe were responsible for the Napoleonic war and that it was necessary to stop the war before it began. It is necessary to act when the war is not yet untied. However, only when it is already coming, when victims appear, are people who oppose. And then: they are opposed to the other side of the conflict, and not against their military, who seemed to be needed to protect ... And in peacetime it is simply necessary to oppose all military, even against their own. Who then we, you ask? Traitors? Traitors? Spies? Foreign agents? In fact, I am a pacifist, a person opposing his army - Patriot number one. I do this precisely because of love for my homeland, precisely because of love for my grandmother, who said: "Why do they march there, and they show it on TV?"

I studied at the Soviet school until the 70th year, and there they crushed me: “The army must be loved”, “Our allies are the army and the fleet”. Or here is the Napoleonic joke that “a people who do not want to feed their army will feed someone else” - this is a flat military humor. But from political stands, these phrases are pronounced as serious slogans. They consider this a powerful argument. We will not feed either our army or alien. We will culturally reduce our weapons.

We need to go forward and say directly: "I will not go to the army."

We are all suffered that if we do not contain the army, then enemies will be torn into pieces. No, they won’t break. The history of both Napoleonic and Hitler wars confirms this. Especially Hitler. In the early days of the Great Patriotic War from the Soviet Army, nothing has left. The people mobilized, went almost with bare hands to fight, create weapons necessary for the struggle, and won.

Why couldn't we disband the army back in 1945? Won - well, close. Remove epaulets, send colonels to engage in farming, build factories, plow the land on tractors. No, Stalin decided to leave the 4-5 millionth Soviet army almost untouched, distributing along the fronts. And then people then served five years. My uncle and father returned from the army closer to 1950. My father found only a Japanese war, and his uncle also fought on the Western Front. Both were demobilized only by 1950. The question is: why? What did they do from 1945 to 1950? They carried some kind of military service. And my grandmother plowed and sowed, restored the destroyed economy, while four to five million men were occupied by military preparations. Then they say that Stalin had no thought of fighting further. Was. After all, if you do not need colonels and generals and ordinary ordinary people, let them go home, let them do useful business, instead of keeping in the army - to arm, feed and wear.

War in Vietnam and anti -war movement

In the war in Vietnam, about four million people died, not only military, but also civilians; As it turns out now, completely in vain. In the States, the war in Vietnam went under the slogans of protection from communism, and the USSR, in turn, participated in it under the flags of the struggle against capitalism and imperialism. Long and meaningless military operations led to the fact that a large anti -war movement gradually formed in the United States, in which the soldiers themselves, and cultural figures, and youth movements participated, that is, those who could potentially send to fight in Vietnam. Many intelligent students began to leave for Canada, where a whole community of American youth was formed, which in this way avoided calling. But some did not run away anywhere. For example, boxer Mohammed Ali did not leave the country, who simply said: “I will not go to Vietnam” - and who was convicted and excommunicated after the sport. It was only then that he returned to the ring when the war ended. Famous actors - Paul Newman and Marlon Brando - went with posters to rallies and said that it was time to stop the war in Vietnam. And after them, the military personnel and employees of the special services themselves came out. For example, the history of Daniel Ellsberg , who, working in the US intelligence agency (in the Rand Strategic Research Center), exposed the secret collection of studies of the US-Writes relations, which is now known as the Pentagon's Studies (Pentagon ( Pentagon Papers ") . This study was ordered by the US Minister of Defense and was hidden from the public. Daniel Ellsberg was accused of treason, but thanks to journalists he remained free. Why does the history of the Vietnamese war not convince me with you that there is no threat to NATO, as well as from our allies? This is like a border with Kazakhstan, which we do not guard - why protect it? In general, no boundaries need to be protected - this is just lines on the map. No need to hang a barbed wire above them and build minefields. When our government says that he cannot abandon the min due to the fact that we have long borders, this is barbarism. Who are we defending ourselves from mines from now? Thus, you can portray a war with drug trafficking, but it is not so conducted. This is a deception.

Chechen war and the ability to negotiate

I try to everyone and always explain that for our government the number one priority in our country is a military machine. When Yeltsin and the company came to power in 1991, saying that they would now do everything in a new way, closing the Soviet Union, opening democracy and freedom, I came to meetings and asked one question: “And what will you do with the army?” - And they answered: “To arm. We will now arrange her and arrange the world. ” Well, sorry, guys, you will not succeed. The army will turn all your freedoms and your democracy back. We are Boris Efimovich Nemtsov, who was at one time as Deputy Prime Minister, in 1996 sent letters with a proposal to reduce military spending and cancel the call. This was already after the First Chechen War, for the termination of which Boris Efimovich himself collected signatures. Why didn't this initiative go further?

We do not have such a task - to prepare for the war (it is also called the protection of the homeland). This is a lie! I prepare you for the defense of the homeland when I say that you do not succumb to these propaganda turquoilles - so that you do not go to fight for the freedom of North Korean, Spanish, Afghan or Chechen people. Our soldiers went to Chechnya to fight the separatists, because they were told that the Chechens are bad, and today they say that they are wonderful people about the inhabitants of Donetsk and Lugansk. And what did our generals do to teach the Russian people against Chechnya? To do this, a massacre at the station in Grozny was made - our soldiers under the New 1994 were dragged to Grozny and drove to the station. Naturally, they were shot there. After these shots showed on television and explained which Chechens scoundrels. And the setup was from our General Staff! I spoke in 1995 with a guy who was at this station and survived. He said that they were not released from the Chelyabinsk aircraft for the whole day, held near Moscow. And then they unloaded somewhere in Mozdok, and then-immediately to the Grozny station. What kind of military science is this? Just like tanks to the streets of Grozny, why were they driven? This is from a military point of view - stupidity. And with political - this is the murder of hundreds of our guys. And then, already in Moscow, they began to shout that our young people were killed in Grozny. The news raveled throughout the country that they were beaten somewhere, and a military machine was earned. In all regions of Russia, then corpses were met. It was grieved that our guys died in the fight against enemies, who are actually our citizens. In those years, I was engaged in speeches against the Chechen war, including the legal protection of children who refused to go to fight and accused of desertion. There were only three thousand such in Moscow.

We will not feed either our army or alien.

Not so long ago, a spring call ended in Russia - 150 thousand people again called on. They are sitting now in the barracks, instead of sitting at lectures! They say that they protect us, and I say: “Roll up! No need to protect me. ” You only create an extra threat. And then Dmitry Rogozin (Chairman of the Military-Industrial Commission under the Government of the Russian Federation.- Ed. ) Heses that neither 20 nor 30 trillions will regret to raise our military industry. Now, after all, with Ukrainian factories that produced all sorts of materials for the army, there was a problem, and now we must overcome it. And this means that now we need to spend a dozen more trillions from the budget in order to create a production that produces any military Mura.

He saw the main reason for the war that hundreds of thousands of Europeans - French, Poles, Spaniards - went east. For what? The ordinary French people wanted not the empire. And why are our 150 thousand Why go now?

In 1992, I taught him how to write a statement against military service. Naturally, by that time he had already had some kind of karate belt there, and he said: “I’m not afraid of anything in the army,” but it was not about fear. “Why are you going into the army? Are you going to fight? Then with whom? " - I asked both my sons these questions when they graduated from school.

No military registration and enlistment office is on the protection of the homeland - it stands on the overeating of a native country.

Of course, there are those who go to the army, not seeing any prospects in front of themselves, just feeling the inability to realize in a different environment. The army for such is a way to assert itself. Why don't they see prospects for themselves? Because social elevators do not work without money, and if all the money is thrown onto the army, then it becomes the most affordable social elevator. In Stalin's times, the army was generally the only social elevator. Thanks to her, people from the village migrated to the cities. Industrialization was largely based on it. And now they say: thanks to the army we have become so, which means that we will love and respect it further. Therefore, every year I ask: “Why are you so magnificently celebrating Victory Day? Why is it so tearing you to pieces from delight? You are not participants. Who are you in relation to that war? " Both grandfathers died in the war, and I do not celebrate this May day as a holiday - this is exclusively the day of memory of the dead. Rejoice and dance on such a day is wrong. And all this is done so that a military machine is working - there are 150 thousand recruits that go to the barracks, they say: “You came here to be worthy of the memory of our fathers and grandfathers.”

In our country, approximately 150 thousand adults are occupied by an annual draft in the army who are sitting in the military registration and enlistment offices, in city administrations, in headquarters, in medical commissions and in transport transportation. All these people receive a salary for this and feel personal prospects. They think that they are on the protection of their homeland, that they help the homeland to defend themselves. This is a delusion. No military registration and enlistment office is on the protection of the homeland - it stands on the overeating of a native country. Each military registration and enlistment office costs about 10 million rubles per season. These are state expenses that do not lead to anything. In the army we have thousands of healthy men. Put the normal task for them instead of the task of preparing for the war. And if you want to shoot, you can go to the shooting range.

For modern youth, now there is an opportunity not to join the army - there is an institution of alternative service. Do not want to go - so declare that. Therefore, now the army is beginning to buy professionals. The salary of a contractor, who knows how to build, jump with a parachute and break bricks with a hand, is twice as high as a technical worker of a military unit-an educated person who invents something there, tunes, controls something, etc. Naturally, this engineer begins to think in order to also go to the contract-the gates are open. But this work will lead him to degradation as an engineer.

I survived three or four wars, but I did not participate in any. And the history of wars remains the same. Leo Tolstoy wrote about French soldiers, when there was no Vietnamese or Chechen war. And Pythagoras, not only about the triangle, solved the problem, but also about the war. He told citizens that there is no need to fight with siracuses, Thebes ... It is much better to trade and agree. No one will fight with you if they may agree with you. It is necessary to defend ourselves only from the enemy with whom we cannot agree. We also have criminal law in this way: we do not shoot every person oncoming, we do not walk with pistols, because we trust each other. Protection is certainly needed, but it should be a police defense.

In the work “To the Eternal World” Immanuel Kant wrote that the presence of an army is opposed by a single skill-the ability to negotiate. We can all agree with each other, right? If we can negotiate with our neighbors, it means that we need to reduce military expenses and ensure that the young guy from the village does not sleep and that he has social prospects and some other ways to take place in life, except for the army.
