Ex-prosecutor and European Powerlifting Champion, guilty of custom-made murders were convicted in the Urals

In the Sverdlovsk region, on Tuesday, a 42-year-old businessman and former prosecutor’s office, Alexei Karpov , as well as a 45-year-old master of sports of international class, European and Russia in Powerlifting and Bearing Lyn, the World Cup winner Alexei Savosin , was sentenced. By the court decision, Karpov will spend 20 years behind bars, and Savosin - 20.5 years. Given the not -served sentence of the sentence, the athlete will stay in prison for 21.5 years. Karpov will also pay a fine of one million rubles.

As an additional punishment, the convicted person is limited to freedom for a two -year term.

The third accomplice of the murder - 27 -year -old Alexander Babusenkov - was sentenced to 9.5 years of strict regime, as well as to subsequent restriction of freedom for one year.

Finally, the court ordered convicts to pay two victims of six million rubles to representatives as compensation for non -pecuniary damage.

The murder of the subordinate

As previously reported, Alexei Karpov was married to an employee of the Ural transport prosecutor’s office Anna Filatova and also worked in the supervisory department. It was Alexei Karpov, who acted as the organizer of the murder of the accountant. The ex-prosecutor acted simultaneously out of mercenary motives and personal hostility to the victim. In particular, he did not want to give a woman a debt of 3.2 million rubles.

Karpov devoted to his criminal plan a 28-year-old acquaintance Dmitry Bushmakin, after which the intermediary contacted Savosin, who then worked as a coach in the Olympus sports club. For the murder, an athlete was offered a reward of 350 thousand rubles. As an assistant, Savosin attracted his friend Babusenkov to kill his friend.

After the reprisal against Checheleva, both performers drove her Toyota Rav4 car to one of the houses along Volgogradskaya Street to confuse traces. They gave Dmitry Bushmakin the personal belongings of the victim, taken from the car (including her driver’s license). Then they were handed over to Karpov as evidence of the execution of the order.

The businessman was trapped, offering assistance to his "sitting" friends

On February 23, 2012, in the area of ​​the trolleybus ring on Kraul Street in Yekaterinburg, the same killer Savosin shot the 37-year-old general director of the Siberian Trade Company Evgenia Konovalov. The corpse of a businessman was found in his Toyota Land Cruiser car. He died of shots from the TT pistol with a muffler.

For this murder, the European Champion Savosin received 500 thousand rubles as a reward. And the motive for reprisals was Karpov’s desire to acquire through fraud the complex of buildings on Armavir street belonging to Konovalov.

As a murder gun, Savosin used a TT brand pistol suitable for shooting 7.62 mm caliber cartridges. The weapon was acquired by him in the black market and equipped with a muffler.

Dmitry Bushmakin, who introduced himself as a victim of a lawyer and lured him to a meeting under the pretext of helping the friends of Konovalov who was then in prison, played an important role in organizing the assassination attempt.

The meeting took place near the Cafe "Russian Hunting" on Kraul Street, writes E1 . When the entrepreneur arrived in a agreed place, Killer Alexei Savosin got into his car, introducing himself as a fictional name. He asked the driver to drive to the trolleybus ring, and then shot his pistol in his temple and disappeared.

Carpov failed to carry out the raider seizure of the complex of buildings. In particular, this was prevented by the active search for the killers of Konovalov.

Since the fall of 2012, the former prosecutor was on the international wanted list. It was established that he was hiding in the territory of the Kurgan and Tyumen regions, using a fake passport with his photograph glued and changed personal data.

In February 2013, the customer of the murders was detained in one of the cafes in Tyumen. And two accomplices and a crimes were caught back in 2012.

During the investigation, the court arrested the property of Karpov, the value of which amounted to about 60 million rubles. According to Roizman, the drug dealer became the source of the wealth of the ex-prosecutor. When he went to jail, Karpov began to dispose of his property consisting of 50 million rubles, two three -room and two -room apartments, three garages, BMW X5, Yamaha and Ducati motorcycles.

Dmitry Bushmakin, after his arrest, completely repented of his deed and actively helped the investigation to expose his accomplices. He concluded a pre -trial agreement on cooperation, after which the criminal case against him was allocated into separate proceedings. Earlier, the Federal Court of the Verkh-Isetsky District of Yekaterinburg sentenced Bushmakin to eight years in a maximum security colony.
