It houses the Scientific Center for Cardiovascular Surgery. A.N. Bakuleva RAMS. NCSSH stands opposite the cardiological center and even looks like it with its crooked facade. They conceived him as the All -Union Center of Cardiac surgery, and his leader was doomed to become almost a monopolist.

When Dissernet touched medical dissertations [2], almost immediately among the dissertations with abundant borrowings were dissertations performed and protected in the NCSS. We emphasize that according to traditional criteria, these dissertations should have been called plagiarism and only the features of Russian laws forced us to use the expression “incorrect borrowing”. So, among these dissertations with abundant incorrect borrowings, three quarters were made under the leadership of L. Bokeria.

Today, everyone can turn to comparing the texts of dissertations from the NCSX. They are collected in a separate collection on the website of Dissernet, where you can consider the coincidences of texts and draw your conclusions [3]. Therefore, we turn only to individual examples.

In 2008, O. Suratov and A. Tyumenev defend the dissertations under the leadership of L. Bokeria and E. Bespalova. Both have incorrect mutual coincidences and borrowing from E. Bespalova. The profile organization - the cardiology center (RKNPK) is reviewed on both dissertations. One can only guess who took what from whom and how much the owner is the knowledge (studying the chains of rewritings, it is difficult to use the word “author”). E. Bespalovaya leader also had L. Bokeria.

In 2011, E. Labartkava defended the dissertation under the leadership of A. Revishvili. A significant part of the text is borrowed from K. Davtyan. The latter defeated his dissertation in 2009 under the leadership of the same A. Revishvili and L. Bokeria. Both K. Davtyan and E. Labartkava had the same opponents - I. Skopin and A. Zhdanov. Moreover, the profile organization that gave a review, one is the Russian Scientific Center for Surgery (RNCH). But these are not the roots of history. The dissertation of K. Davtyan contains large fragments of the text that coincide with the dissertation of A. Melikulov. And you, of course, are already guessing who was the supervisor of Aziz Melikulov. That's right: A. Revishvili and L. Bokeria. And the RNSK also gave a review, and A. Zhdanov was an opponent (A. was not at the second one, he appears as an opponent in four cases of dissertations with borrowing the text and “scientific data”; the third - V. Selivanenko).

But that's not all. In the same 2011, the dissertation is defended by E. Fetisova. In its text, fragments are found identical to the text of the dissertation E. Labartkava and O. Lyadzhina. This dissertation is also led by A. Revishvili, and the opponents are inaccessible and T. Nikitin. In this case, the speakers in this case, E. Labartkava and O. Lyadzhina, the same leader - A. Revishvili.

In R. Yarbekov, the text is borrowed from the text of A. Alaverdyan, and the latter from the text of Y. Pakhomov. N. Kidirbaev is borrounded by A. Shaginyan, and the last at A. Azaryan - the whole chain of borrowers, the head L. Bokeria. And so on.

As the dissertations are analyzed, more and more abysses open. Signs of data falsification in the form of a substitution arithmetic or statistically impossible values ​​are also found. However, as you know, the identification of falsification and manipulation of data is a completely different matter, separate from the analysis of plagiarism.

In other words, everything looks as if a factory is working on the design of degrees for good people who seem to be able to take texts from recently or ten years ago secure work and protect them with the participation of opponents and specialized organizations that do not notice that again and again review texts that coincide half and more.

Critics of the disserte from the medical environment indicated that with such a “author”, a doctor, may be a good doctor with such a dissertation. Take a closer look at our applied "clients" from the NCSX. For years, they mastered the profession and science under the guidance of people with higher scientists. Not only Leo Bokeria, but also the repeatedly mentioned Amiran Revishvili - professor and academician. And as their main qualification labor, these students represent dissertations in which it is written: “we have completed”, “our patients”, “we have found”, etc., and this is actually copied word for word or with minimal changes from the work of a year -old or ten years ago. How can one be sure that these students were more seriously related to learning? That they really under the leadership of the academician learned to operate on the heart? What did they not write in their reports to receive a specialist certificate the same data?

In cardiac surgery, patients are high. And 10%, and 50%, and higher happens in some conditions. How can we find out, the next patient died because he was “destined”, or because he was operated on by the doctor of sciences, who actually exaggerated his knowledge and experience? That's right, nothing. The only way to increase the number of survivors after treatment is to ensure quality processes, including training. If qualification work (dissertations) looks like they look at the candidates and doctors of science that we have discovered, then something is wrong in the factory. She gives out the wrong product.
