Azerbaijani Zeynalov threatens the 18 -year -old colony for the murder of a Muscovite in Biryulyovo

Vedernikov noted that the murder caused a broad public outcry and provoked mass riots. The prosecutor also asked the court to fully satisfy the claim of the victim, who was recognized as the father of the deceased Vladimir Shcherbakov. He estimated moral damage at 5 million rubles.

The verdict in the case of the murder of Yegor Shcherbakov will be announced on July 28.

Recall that Zeynalov himself partially pleaded guilt during the investigation, but in court he declared non -involvement in the crime . Lawyers asked him to justify. In the debt of the parties, they said that after the detention of their client they beat, and the frames of video shooting with his detention were shown throughout the country. In the UK it was previously recognized that Zeynalov had to “take” hard, explaining this by the fact that he resisted, as well as the cruelty of the crime he committed.

According to investigators, on the night of October 10, 2013, a native of Azerbaijan is intoxicated, using an insignificant occasion, provoked a conflict with a 25-year-old Muscovite Yegor Shcherbakov in the metropolitan district of Biryukovo West. During the fight, Zeynals hit Shcherbakov with a knife and disappeared from the scene. From the wounds received, the young man died on the spot.

The murder of Shcherbakov first led to the "national" local residents, who grew into riots . Two days later, Zeynalov was detained in Kolomna near Moscow.

He was charged under Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder), which provides for life imprisonment. On June 18, the Moscow City Court extended the period of detention of Zeynalov for six months.

The official representative of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Vladimir Markin previously said that "in addition to stab wounds, the accused inflicted at least 20 hands to Shcherbakov." The investigators also found out that "Shcherbakov, wanting to finish the conflict, moved away from Zeynalov, but he took out a knife and attacked him again."

The official representatives of Azerbaijan stood to defend Zeynalov. The embassy of this country in Moscow presented the second note to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation in connection with unrelated conditions for the meeting of Azerbaijani diplomats with Zeynalov.
