The Government of the Russian Federation began the distribution of Crimean sanatoriums that were previously in the Department of Ukraine between Russian companies and government agencies. Not all organizations are delighted with such an idea, since part of the health infrastructure is in disrepair. About this writes "Kommersant" .
The Ministry of Crimea and Tourism of Crimea with the newspaper said that 180-190 sanatorium-resort institutions are now in state property and there is no final solution regarding their development.
"The transfer of half of them to the management of the authorities and state -owned bodies is one of the options, the second half is in disrepair, they can be transferred on the conditions of repairs and reconstruction," the representative said.
The first hotel and fitness assets received the Ministry of Internal Affairs. These are the sanatoriums "Emerald" and "Petrel" in Yevpatoria, "Falcon" in Sudak, "Alupka" in Alupka with the branch "Friendship" in Alushta. Their content will be financed as part of the appropriations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs provided for by the federal budget. "Falcon" and "Emerald" used to belong to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
- "Non -traveling" Russian security forces motivate to rest in Crimea
Another contender for receiving the Crimean sanatoriums - Russian Railways. “The monopoly draws up the transfer of health resorts to the use of health resorts on the territory of the republic, which is now managed by the“ Crimean Railway, ”one of the government officials told Kommersant. Presumably, we are talking about the Luchny camp (Evpatoria), the Lviv Staid Lviv Plant and the Feodosius boarding house.
In addition to Russian Railways and the Ministry of Internal Affairs to send vacationers to the Crimea, the Ministry of Culture signed up (Gorny boarding house in the village of Rybachye, Sanatorium "Victory" in Evpatoria and "Utes" in Yalta), the Ministry of Energy ("Semidvor" in Alushta), the Ministry of Industry and Trade (Healing and Sports Complex named after Taras Shevchenko), the Ministry of Health (spinal sanatorium named after Nikolai Burdenko), FSB (the United Sanatorium "Evpatoria", which used to belong to the Security Service of Ukraine), "Russian Post" ("Veteran" in Alushta).
The list of recipients of the Crimean health resorts also included AvtoVAZ (Sanatorium "Alushtinsky"), Rosneft (Children's camp "Luchny"), Inter RAO (sanatoriums "Utes", "Lower Oreanda" and "Dyulber" in Bolshaya Yalta, Children's Healing Center "Friendship" and "Eaglet" in Yevpatoria), Norilsk Nickel " ("Feodosia", "Dulber"), "Transneft" ("Ai-Danil", "Belarus"). Participants in this part of the list claim that they will not take sanatoriums for balance and we are talking only about the organization of rest, but not everyone confirms this. For example, Norilsk Nickel reported that they would not take sanatoriums for balance, as the company's strategy involves a way out of non -core projects.
Kommersant adds that among the Russian state-owned companies, the recreational infrastructure in the Crimea already has Gazprom and its structures (Oren-Crimea sanatorium in Yevpatoria and the Crimean Breeze Apartments), Sberbank (Sanatorium complex Mriya, in the reconstruction of which the State Bank invested $ 186 million) and the Ministry of Agriculture) and the Ministry of Agriculture) (Children's boarding house "Russia").
Recall, having annexed Crimea, Russia received a huge resort area: 467 sanatoriums and boarding houses, 232 hotels and 92 children's sanatoriums and health camps, 517 km of beaches. It is planned to allocate 31 billion rubles for the development of local tourist infrastructure from the federal budget. The total cost of the FCP in the Crimea will be about 1 trillion rubles until 2020.
