At the meeting, Olga Romanova announces claims to the work of the commission, which checked the signature: for example, why the signatures collected by her headquarters were sent by the election commission for verification at the Federal Migration Service a day before Romanova herself appeared in the election room. According to preliminary data from the Mosgorisbirkom (MGIK), about 50 self -nominates have already received refusals in registration. Among them are those who did not come to the commission at all to submit signatures. However, the required number of signatures (3% of the residents of the district - about 5 thousand signatures) did not become a guarantor of participation in the further race not only for Olga Romanova, but also for Maria Gaidar, candidate in district No. 43.

According to the rules of MGIK, the permissible percentage of marriage in the collected signatures is 10%. Maria Gaidar and Olga Romanova received 22.5% each and about 17% of the marriage, respectively. The check of their signature sheets was carried out by professional graphologists appointed by the district commission: Gaidar had seven, Romanova had three. However, there are no logic in the number of graphologists who worked with possible candidates. For example, the signatures of the candidate for deputies in the district No. 45 of Yaroslav Kuzminov, the nomination of which was supported by the United Russia party, were checked by only one graphologist who discovered 0.3% of the marriage.

Sharapova goes to the Moscow City Duma as a self -nominated man, but secretly received the approval of “United Russia” and became the winner of the primaries “My Moscow”.

The authors of the material told what violations were recorded during the check of the signatures of two candidates. The very next day after the publication of the article in blogs, photographs of Romanova and Gaidar subscriptions began to appear, where the names of the allegedly“ dead archers ”began to appear. Together with the photographs of their deaths and the bloggers Elena Miro and Dmitry Zakharov (Zaxarmant), to receive a photo of the signature sheets, to determine which cemetery people are buried, to find graves and death certificates in a day-however, their work did not remain unnoticed at the district committee. On July 19, the Gaidar refused to register: “The seven dead signed - where did they come from on the Internet, as far as I remember, the bloggers even posted photos of their graves,” a member of the commission reported to those present.
