
The former chief editor of the United Company "Afisha" and "Rambler" Yuri Saprykin took up the development of VDNH. It is reported by "Poster Gorod" with reference to the deputy gender director of VDNH Irina Gordin-Nummerzhitskaya. Together with him, the founder of Afisha and the Media Institute, Architecture and Design of Strelka Ilya Tsenciper are working with him.
Saprykin announced the departure from the "Poster" last week. He did not specify his plans, noting only that his new work will be far from the "world of domestic media".
In May VDNH, the Soviet name was officially returned - after the fall of Soviet power, the complex was called the All -Russian Exhibition Center. Previously, the VVC was transferred to Moscow. After that, the leadership of the complex changed. Then the headquarters of the restoration of VDNH was created, which was personally headed by the mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin.
In December 2011, Saprykin joined the organizing committee of protest actions. He participated in the preparation of a rally on Sakharov Avenue on December 24, 2011 and the procession in Yakimanka on February 4, 2012. Later, Saprykin, along with journalist Sergei Parkhomenko and the leader of the Left Front, Sergei Udaltsov, acted as the applicant of the opposition action, scheduled for March 5, 2012 in protest against the falsification of the presidential election. On March 1, Parkhomenko, Udaltsov and Saprykin, at the request of the Moscow City Hall, refused to hold the action on Lubyanskaya Square, in the immediate vicinity of the Central Election Commission, and received permission to hold a rally on Pushkinskaya Square.
In the fall of 2012, Saprykin participated in the preparation of elections to the opposition Coordination Council. He led the debate of candidates in the CSR on the Rain television channel.
In June 2013, Saprykin received two summons for interrogation in the TFR . “So, calmly, it seems, at least one of them - about the fact that my ZhEK robbed me,” he wrote on the social network. In which the second agenda was handed, Saprykin did not mention.
