Ecologist-Politzek Evgeny Vitishko, contained in the KP-2 in the village of Sadovy, Kirsanovsky District, Tambov Region, received another reprimand. This was reported on the ecologist on Facebook.
The reprimand was announced that Vitishko allegedly "did not say hello to the employee." As noted in the message, the overseer entered the room where the prisoner passed a date. Despite the fact that Vitishko greeted him in the corridor 10 minutes before, the employee made a remark. Then he wrote a report, on the basis of which a reprimand was announced.
“In addition, there is a suspicion that Vitishko blocked the opportunity to call the telephone numbers that he called the last days especially often and through which his statements were transmitted,” the report said.
On Thursday, the director of the Federal Penitentiary Service, Gennady Kornienko, said that information about the biased attitude to Vitishko from the administration of the colony settlement was not confirmed. This was reported by the Agency of Social Information.
Earlier, the Politzek said that the leadership of the colony began to configure other convicts against him after he wrote a statement about the mass beating of convicted by the Federal Penitentiary Service , whose witnessed. Vitishko, in particular, reported that stationary phones were disconnected in the colony. Some representatives of the leadership of the colony told prisoners that the ecologist broke the phones with his own language.
On July 16, the Presidium of the Krasnodar Regional Court postponed the cassation performance of the prosecutor's office of the Krasnodar Territory in the Vitishko case, Kasparov.ru reports . The judge explained this by the fact that the prisoner filed a written request for his participation at the hearing, and the colony administration did not provide video communications. The lawyer Marina Dubrovina, representing the interests of Vitishko, opposed the possible transfer of consideration, but the court ignored this statement.
On April 7, the Prosecutor's Office of the Krasnodar Territory introduced a submission to the Presidium of the Regional Court with a request to cancel the decision to replace Vitishko of the conditional term and send the case for a new consideration.
In mid-April, it became known that the KP-2 employees regularly threaten to put the activist in the schizo , without explaining the reasons why they want to apply such a measure. As Vitishko suggested, the colony administration annoys its human rights activity: it helps other prisoners in the preparation and sending of cassation complaints, and also indicates the FSINCI residents to violations that they commit.
