The five -year -old son of the head of Ingushetia Yevkurov jumped with a parachute

The five-year-old son of the head of Ingushetia, Yunus-Bek Evkurov, ITAR on Sunday at the All-Russian competitions for the accuracy of landing in parachute sports, made his first parachute from a height of 1500 m, Interfax reports. Evkurov Sr. is a former paratrooper and fan of parachute sports, he has more than 250 jumps.

ITAR made a pair with the famous Russian athlete Denis Dobryakov. After landing, ITAR told the agency that "he was not at all afraid to jump with a parachute for the first time in his life and was glad that he was able to see his native republic from the height of the clouds."

In the All -Russian competitions for the accuracy of landing in parachute sports, which are held in Nazran, 23 athletes from Russia, Serbia, Montenegro, Belarus and Germany take part. The team of Ingushetia includes seven people, including two girls.

During demonstrations at competitions, an 83-year-old local resident, the famous marathon, Wisangere Barkhanoev, made his first jump in his life.

Evkurov - a former paratrooper, personally took part in counter -terrorism operations in the North Caucasus, served in command posts. He has more than 250 parachute jumps. Last year, Yevkurov broke his leg , jumping with a parachute. After gypsum was applied to him, he returned on crutches to watch the competition.
