UN: Boeing-777 disaster should be considered a war crime

“This violation of international law, taking into account the prevailing circumstances, can draw up a war crime,” Pilla said. “Every effort will be made to guarantee that any serious violations of international law, including war crimes, will be held accountable, regardless of who it is.”
