Pugacheva Song Theater is not given

The company LLC "Theater of Songs of Alla Pugacheva" insists on the further implementation of its project for the construction of a cultural and business center on Vasilyevsky Island of St. Petersburg.

This was announced today, July 29, the head of the PMI Corporation and participant of LLC “Alla Pugacheva Theater, Evgeny Finkelstein at a press conference at the Interfax North-West Information Agency.

“Despite all the difficulties, we want to implement this project, since the city is necessary. This will be, first of all, a concert transformer hall, which simply has no analogues in Russia. Its capacity will be from 3.5 to 14 thousand people, in St. Petersburg there is a huge shortage of such sites, ”said Finkelstein.

He noted that the theater project is completely ready, and the investor could have already entered the construction site. Meanwhile, due to the lack of permission from the authorities, the developer has been a fine for a simple one and a half years.

On July 7, a meeting was held at the Construction Committee, at which representatives of the Alla Pugacheva Theater LLC, officials reported their intention to cancel the resolution issued in the fall on the lease of the site on the Vasilievsky Island, where it is planned to build a concert hall.

LLC “Song Theater of Alla Pugacheva” distributed a message about the forced termination of the project and the preparation of a statement of claim in order to compensate for investment losses, noting that “the implementation of the investment project becomes impossible” due to “mistakes and shortcomings of various committees and government of St. Petersburg”.

Smolny, in turn, said that the final decision on the feasibility of building the Song Theater of Alla Pugacheva in St. Petersburg will be adopted by the city government.
