The growth of the load has led to the fact that most teachers barely have enough time and effort to spend mandatory couples and mandatory control measures, time often does not have enough time to develop methodological materials and consultations. There is a flip side; The readiness of most teachers every year to increase the load enables the leadership of the university to carry out reduction, which primarily affect part -time.

Usually part -time workers are employees of the Institute of RAS. Thus, on the one hand, RAS employees, while who have the opportunity to engage in science, leave universities, and full -time teachers are practically unable to engage in science.
