- Do you consider sanctions justified and fair?

- I believe that initially the sanctions were very weak, and from this point of view is dissatisfied. But the last sanctions are already serious, and they will work. To dress quilted jackets in quilted jackets is a noble goal.

If a realtor thinks that the price of real estate in Russia will soon fall dramatically, he is right and does not play anything, he simply objectively assesses the situation, based on many obvious facts. If you threw the ball, play a decrease, as the ball will certainly fall. He is opposed to a person who is zeideologized and forms his opinion on the basis of the total lies, which he hears on TV. That is, this is a person who generally lost the ability to think.

- People who have not lost the ability to think are reflected, if not about emigration, then a residence permit in the European Union. For example, there is a Latvian version that makes it possible to get it by buying real estate in this country. Is this a reasonable solution, in your opinion, to sell real estate in Russia and purchase in Latvia?

- Of course, this is the right decision. I can also immediately say that it is possible to obtain citizenship of the islands of St. Kits and Nevis and live calmly in Europe, anywhere. It costs about 200 thousand dollars.

- And what to do to a person who does not have 200 thousand dollars who is tied to Russia cannot leave? There are, most of them. I ask not an idealistic answer, but an economic one.

If the economy is created on the principle of good, it will still create anything. In the past 10 years, Russia has received enormous money from the export of raw materials, oil and gas. But at the same time, there are no roads in Russia, in Russia terrible poverty. Finland has no oil and has no poverty. It would seem that wealth should be a function of the cost of the sold oil, but it turns out that this is a function of good.

- You probably know about publications with reference to German intelligence that, surrounded by Putin, his discontent is growing by his policy. Will this end in all that Putin will be forced to dramatically change his policy against Ukraine, backward, turn all this propaganda campaign, and at the same time, the sanctions will die quietly? Such a scenario is real?

- I am not interested in discussing this scenario. This is nonsense, an attempt to apply the laws of physics to drawing paintings with watercolors. What is happening now in Russia was predictable. And all this can be described in the concept of a positive career. A positive career is when a person wants to improve himself and everything around him. There is a concept of a negative career when a person hates himself and wants to worsen everything for himself and for others. The problem of Russia is that all power and all resources in Russia belong to thieves. Thieves live on the principle: stole - drank - to prison ... In the same way, Putin and his friends. They are not looking for positive from life. They dreamed of a situation where they could say: "Yes, life is shit, it is not for nothing that I have so disgusting in my soul all the time." A person has rights and obligations and a high goal for himself. He was born to something, so he is a thinking one, and he must suffer. People who want goodness suffer from the fact that they are not able to express their talent as much as possible.
