Three people died in an accident near Pskov

In the Pskov region, three people were killed and seven were injured as a result of an accident. This was reported by the press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The accident occurred early on the morning of August 2 on the highway "St. Petersburg-Nevel". The Ford minibus driver lost control and drove into a ditch, where he collided with a tree.

There were 15 people in the car. Three of them died on the spot, seven were hospitalized with injuries of varying severity.

According to police officers, a company of young people on a rented bus was traveling from St. Petersburg to Minsk. Presumably, the accident occurred due to the fact that the driver fell asleep at the wheel.
