They were sure that the officer was alive, clarifies RIA Novosti.

“A special commission, under the leadership of the main rabbi of the Israeli defense army, announced the death of the Givati ​​team of Lieutenant Adar Goldin, who fell in a battle in the Gaza sector on Friday, on August 1, 2014. When making a decision, all religious, medical and other relevant considerations were taken into account,” the Army press service said.

After the loss of Goldin, Israel resumed military operations and, in particular, hesitated the district of the city of Rafach in Palestine on the border with Egypt.
