Thanks to this decision, users will be able to receive and send mail to addresses containing letters with stresses and hieroglyphs. To implement this function, the standard developed by the organization Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) is used

In order to translate this into reality, each email provider and every site that asks your email address must accept it. This is obviously a high hill to rise.
