Yaroslav Belousov was transferred to the Stavropol Territory

One of the convicts in the "Case of Eight" Yaroslav Belousov was transferred to the Stavropol Territory. This is reported by his lawyer Dmitry Agranovsky. At the same time, Belousov's term of imprisonment expires in just over a month - on September 9. Moreover, on June 26, a petition was filed to grant Belousov parole. However, it was never considered: at first, according to the lawyer, it lay in the Tver court, then, since Belousov was transferred from Butyrka to the Matrosskaya Tishina hospital about a month ago, the petition was sent to the Preobrazhensky court. But there it, as the lawyer says, never arrived. Belousov was staged on August 5, there is no exact information about where he is now. Agranovsky has information that Belousov will first be sent to Volgograd. It is possible that Belousov will not reach the Stavropol Territory until the end of his term. According to Agranovsky, in his practice there were no cases when a person who had one or two, or even three months left until the end of his term was transferred.

Three other convicts in the "Case of Eight" - Andrey Barabanov, Artem Savelov and Aleksey Polikhovich - are currently in IK-6 of the Ryazan Region, Stepan Zimin - in IK-6 of the Tula Region, Denis Lutskevich - in IK-2 of the Tula Region, Sergey Krivov - in the hospital "Matrosskaya Tishina". Alexandra Naumova was the only one of the eight convicts who was sentenced to a suspended sentence.
