Lugansk was left without light

More than half of the inhabitants of Lugansk were left without light, reports Interfax-Ukraine .

The reason for the disconnection of electricity was the damage to the last operational line of power transmission during hostilities. Employees of NEC Ukrenergo argue that the restoration of damaged power lines and resumption of energy supply residents is possible only in case of termination of hostilities.

Earlier, the Kiev authorities in the Lugansk region reported that about 1,500 people were killed in the region during the military operation.
