Actor Robin Williams died

Hollywood actor Robin Williams was found dead in his own house in the city of Tiberon in the north of California. It is reported by Reuters.

According to police, the actor died on Monday at about 11:20 local time (22:20 Moscow time). The alleged cause of death is called asphyxia. According to the main version, Williams committed suicide. Nevertheless, the final cause of death will be established by the forensic expertise appointed on Tuesday.

The actor was 63 years old. According to the representative of the deceased Mara Bogsbaum, "recently he fought with severe depression."

Williams was awarded the Oscar and received the Golden Globe Award five times. In total, he starred in almost 300 films, including in the films “Good Morning, Vietnam”, “Mrs. Doutfire”, “August Rash”, “Biphril”, “Where Dreams Create”, “Healer Adams”, “Jumanji”. The Oscar was awarded the actor for the supporting role in the film "Clever Will Hunting."
