The Orenburg Airlines in the near future can receive both Boeing-737 aircraft of another daughter Aeroflot-Dobrolet, who fell under the sanctions of the West, a representative of Aeroflot’s press service told RIA Novosti .
From the agenda to the board of directors of the company, which will be held on August 25, it follows that the issue "On approval of the totality of interconnected transactions ... on the transfer of Aeroflot" Orenburg Airlines "two aircraft Boeing B737-800" will be discussed.
Aeroflot’s spokesman explained that we are talking about Boeing 737-800, which were previously returned to the “volume” of the mother company. The layout of these airliners is not suitable for the Aeroflot business model. Therefore, the question arises of the transfer of these liners to the Orenburg Airlines. In particular, until mid -September, they will fulfill flights on the obligations of the "good dealer".
Thus, only one Superjet can remain in Dobralet, which, according to the federal aviation rules, can threaten a license to lose, a source in Aeroflot noted earlier.
Earlier, the representative of Dobralet stated that the Orenburg Airlines will be transported 61 thousand passengers on Moscow-Simferopol-Moscow flights until September 15 and 4,500 people on Moscow-Volgograd-Moscow flights until August 20. Money for other flights to the Dobralet passengers will be returned.
“Goodlet” from August 4 stopped flying and selling tickets due to EU sanctions in relation to Lawkoster: some European agents refused to fulfill obligations to the airline - the effect of leasing, maintenance and insurance protection of aircraft, as well as the provision of aeronautical information, was canceled.
Dobralet got into the EU sanctions list in late July due to flights to the Crimea. On August 6, General Director of Lawcoster Kalmykov stated that the plans of Dobralets have the development of the project, despite the existing difficulties. So far, there are no specific deadlines for the company returning to the market, but it is already looking for new leasing companies in China and Singapore, ready to provide it with planes.
