
The police department in the Kireevsky district of the Tula region opened a case against a 17-year-old teenager who cut the flag of Russia in the building of the Kireevsky interdistrict prosecutor's office. This was reported by the "Tula press" with reference to the regional supervisory department.
Under Article 329 of the Criminal Code (abuse of the state flag of the Russian Federation), a young man threatens up to a year of a colony.
It is claimed that on the evening of August 10, the suspect and four of his comrades, climbing into the prosecutor’s building through the window and then hacking the metal output metal door, penetrated the department’s assembly hall and there they cut the Russian flag into small parts there.
On August 12, after the police identified adolescents, the case was instituted. Only one person was attracted to him, since the rest have not yet reached 16 years - the age of criminal liability in accordance with part 1 of Article 20 of the Criminal Code. Nevertheless, they noted in the regional prosecutor’s office, during the inquiry, the issue of applying for these four educational impact measures will be resolved, as well as initiated their parents to administrative responsibility.
