The Central Election Commission held a reporting meeting at which he announced the elections on September 14 highly competitive: 63 parties will take part in them. Yes, there are nuances, but the word has already been uttered. Everything that is next is completely, a completely different story.

The nuances are that non -parliamentary parties were able to register mainly where preliminary qualifications were not required, this very filter. That is - not where they choose governors and regional parliaments. RBC gives an example : “Apple”, which received 3% of the vote in the last elections to the State Duma, could not collect voter signatures even in the elections of regional parliaments. What took advantage of the Tula and Volgograd regions, the republics of Mari El, Altai, Kabardino-Balkaria and Tatarstan. But the governors no longer passed, so the "municipal filter" did not pass, say, Lev Schlosberg in the Pskov region - he did not have enough signature of the municipal deputy of the required 150.

The nuances of the filters gave something else: 24 parties participate in the elections of governors, 29 parties in the elections of regional parliaments. According to RBC , the largest number of political forces (37) will participate in the elections of deputies of councils of rural settlements.

But to imagine that a certain subversive background carries out in a separate region. How should it look and what to manifest?

Now the campaign begins. So the intrigue is still, for example, stylistic. Be that as it may, but the candidates should say something to the people? But there are the rest, they should also say something like that, right?
