Mikhail Pulin and Maria Katynskaya were delivered from the Department of Internal Affairs of the Troitsky District of the Altai Territory to the Department of Internal Affairs of the Maiminsky District of the Republic of Altai. Here, on the morning of August 16, Mikhail Pulin is to be investigated. When Pulin and Katynskaya were detained in Troitskoe, they were told that they both had an orientation about the theft of a mobile phone, but Katynskaya was not formally detained. The mobile, unknown to either Pulin or Katynskaya, was found in Pulin's backpack pocket.
