A case of phone theft has been opened against Mikhail Pulin

Activist Mikhail Pulin, one of the organizers of the March for the federalization of Siberia, which the Novosibirsk administration refused to coordinate, is in the police department of the Troitsky district of the Altai Territory. According to journalist Maxim Sobesky, who was also detained at night in the Altai Territory, a case has been opened against Pulin for stealing a phone. The phone, as Pulin himself claims, was planted on him. On the night of August 15, when Pulin and his wife Maria Katynskaya were hitchhiking from the Altai Republic, where they and Sobieski were interrogated at the Center for Combating Extremism, to Novosibirsk, people they did not know got into their car. They traveled strange routes, stopped at shops all the time, fellow activists got out and called. Pulin assumes that they planted the phone on him. Moreover, as Sobieski reports, the investigator himself told Pulin that the people traveling with the activists were operatives.
