Friends are very surprised - how did I refuse the ambulance services the night before yesterday (on the night of August 12-13), when I was kept in torture conditions in the Khamovniki OP - in a sitting position with my legs tied with tape, handcuffed and with my hands wrapped in tape behind my back, deliberately in a suspended state, so that this would dislocate my shoulder joints and thereby cause constant pain? I am giving you a detailed description of the meeting that took place with two representatives of the Ambulance Service.
I sat on the floor in torture conditions, like a half-rack in a monkey cage. I understood that our people called the ambulance in order to somehow reveal the lawlessness of the police and thereby help me get rid of this torture. And then these two ambulance workers come and see me sitting on the floor with my legs tied with tape, with handcuffs twisted behind my back, my hands wrapped in tape, raised behind my back so that my shoulders are twisted. I haven’t stopped sweating yet - from the pain and from the fact that quite recently these Arkharov policemen (mostly those who made illegal arrests and drew up false reports on those illegally detained ), under the leadership of the local policeman on duty in a blue shirt, the crowd twisted and tied me up, and I had to resist this fascist execution. By the way, after they tied me up, one of the youngest fascist policemen , one of those who illegally roughly grabbed people who came to honor the memory of the victims and those killed in the war in Ukraine at the Ukrainian embassy, mockingly put a closed bottle of water next to me, smiling , and saying the following words: “Here, if you suddenly want to drink. We are not some kind of animals.” And another of them, leaving, also mockingly wished me with a grin: “Good luck...”
I foolishly assumed that one look here would be enough for these two women from the ambulance (those who were supposed to take the Hippocratic oath to help people) to immediately declare illegal actions to werewolves in uniform and demand that they stop this torture, or report torture in this department to your superiors. No, there are no changes on the face, not even a hint of surprise or that they saw something not entirely normal - the most ordinary and standard situation for two representatives of the Ambulance Service - a man, under the cover of darkness, is tortured in the police department, tied up in a humiliating position in such a way that he was constantly in pain. This is fine. They are already used to it. This is a completely normal situation for police departments and ambulance employees - torture of people at night in police departments. Nothing surprising. Maybe they have seen such pictures more than once at night?
I am a little (or not a little) taken aback by such an Olympic calmness of the Gestapo employees of the “Ambulance” of Nazi Germany... excuse me, who rose from the knees of Russia, while still hoping that these aunts will still show some kind of adequacy and conscience, I say: “I am being tortured in this department. Do you see the tortured position they put me in? I ask you for help." One of them looked at me indifferently and declared categorically, as if nothing unusual was happening: “Nobody is torturing you, everything is fine with you.” I’m already completely freaked out by this reaction of people, for whom at the moment I had the only hope of salvation from constant, quite strong and excruciating pain, from the reaction of “people” whose very purpose is to help people, but also with the hope that this not fascists in the guise of people, I begin to explain the obvious: “Don’t you see what position I’m in? Don't you see that I'm handcuffed in such a way that my shoulders are twisted? They intentionally cuffed my wrist tightly and I feel a CONSTANT cutting pain in that wrist, as well as constant pain in my shoulders. due to the fact that the hands tied behind my back were deliberately attached to the cage in a suspended state so that it would cause me pain.” The answer from the one who started the conversation with me made me finally convinced that in front of me were two non-humans in female form, and not those who should provide first aid to people: “Well, why is everything normal in the next cell? So you probably behaved wrong somehow ...” Everything is already clear to me. The one who has been talking to me all this time, while I continue to be in this wonderful position of receiving constant pain, asks me: “Tell me your last name, first name.” I said to her, already detached: “I have no desire to give you any information about myself.” She, surprised: “Are you refusing to provide emergency assistance?” I told her: "I think I don’t need any help from YOU. After your answers and your attitude, it seems to me that I definitely don’t need YOUR help. I somehow already fear you more than I count on your help." At this time it’s coming the duty officer in a blue shirt and with an impudent grin says to these two of his “colleagues” in the Gestapo from the Ambulance: “Yes, these are the ones... Who go for money...” I cannot say this, but it seemed to me that they were even almost understanding and nodded sympathetically. After that, the second “madam” comes up to me and asks in a serious, official tone: “So you refuse to provide emergency assistance?” I answer her that after such an attitude I have concerns and even fear of turning to them for “help” at all. She asks again: “So you refuse to let us help you?” Then I answer her directly: “Yes, I don’t need any “help” from YOU.” After which these two ladies and the impudent face in blue accompanying them walked to the exit doors. There they settled the formalities on call for some time and I heard how, as she was leaving, the one who spoke to me second, apparently the most polite miss “first aid”, culturally wished the “blue shirt” who accompanied them: “All the best to you.” Even I thought from this sweet farewell and tone: “But what polite and cultured men and women work in our police and Ambulance... Direct representatives some kind of unified and integral system... «)) How cultural and decent everything is, formally and externally. And everything was so rotten and fascist inside...
