Employees of the Center for Combating Extremism (CPE), together with police officers from the district department, attended the congress under the pretext of a complaint from citizens about fights at the congress. Having copied the passport data of the congress participants, they settled in the hall, and at the end of the congress they detained Aleksey Baranov, Alexander Atabaev and Stanislav Karakovsky. According to Maxim Sobieski, all of them are suspected of committing a certain criminal offense. The detainees are being taken to the police department of the Kalininsky district of Novosibirsk. At the same time, Oleg Prudnikov, who was also present at the congress, was threatened by a plainclothes officer who led the arrests - when asked to introduce himself, he replied: “You call me “you” again, you will leave here in parts.” As a result, Prudnikov's data was rewritten again, but they were not detained.
