
The largest Russian Internet service provider Rostelecom blocks access to the Pravda Beslan website in a number of regions, users in social networks report. As the creator of the site Marina Litvinovich specified, neither she nor the hosting provider received any notifications of blocking, the site is not listed in the register of Roskomnadzor.
Litvinovich reports that this is the second case of blocking the Rostelecom site over the past three months. She could not get any explanations from the provider.
The site "Pravda Beslan" is dedicated to the tragic events of September 2004, when terrorists captured more than a thousand hostages in the North Ossetian school. The Russian security forces organized the assault on the building, as a result of which 334 people were killed, including 186 children. The site contains all available materials of investigations of the Beslan tragedy.
In anticipation of the 10th anniversary of the capture of hostages and assault on the School of Litvinovich, he conducts the public campaign " Remember Beslan ". Users collect funds for printing and distributing the pamphlets "Pravda Beslan".
