"The musicians and other artists of Russia and Ukraine such as Makarevich, Noize -MC, Ruslan and the like, essentially support the punitive operation of the Kyiv junta in the Donbass. Do they do it for ideological reasons or because of money - equally criminal in relation to Russian civilization and the Russian people," the appeal said.
Thus, the deputies responded to the "corresponding public request", the Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Communist Party, Sergei Obukhov, told Izvestia. “Since such issues are not included in the competence of legislators, we redirected the initiative to the organizers of mass events in Russia - let them make a decision on conscience and guided by the opinion and moods of Russian spectators,” he said.
Member of the State Duma Committee on Constitutional Legislation and State Construction, the head of the legal service of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, Vadim Solovyov also supported the initiative.
