While operatives are looking for a killer of three -year -old Vika Vylegzhanina , stolen on August 14 from a kindergarten in Tomsk and found dead after five days of large -scale searches, the city hall is in a hurry to notify the results of the circumstances of this emergency special commission of the Department of Education. During the audit conducted on behalf of the head of the city administration, the commission revealed a number of violations in the actions of the employees of the kindergarten N46, from where the girl was stolen, the city hall’s website reports.

Thus, the teacher of the group, which the three -year -old Vika went to, did not provide the necessary supervision of the child during a walk, thereby violating the job description and instructions for the safety and protection of the life and health of pupils. And the head of the kindergarten, in violation of the job description, did not control the actions of the subordinate, and also did not promptly report the disappearance of the child to the appropriate authorities, the press release said.

It is also reported that the mayor's office will take on the organization of the funeral of Vika Vyglezhanina, and after what happened to her, the city administration agreed with the heads of a number of enterprises for help in the installation of video surveillance systems in kindergartens. When the funeral is held, the city hall is not specified.

In the evening of August 20, Tomsk citizens held a rally in memory of a three -year -old Vika. The townspeople came to the kindergarten building, from which it was abducted, lighted, they brought flowers and toys, Nia Tomsk reports.

News from the Investigative Committee in the case of this crime, stirring Tomsk and causing a great resonance in Russian society, has not yet been heard. Meanwhile, according to the News Agency TV2 , August 21, the head of the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, flew to Tomsk. Previously, forensic scientists from Moscow arrived in Tomsk to participate in this case, the message says.
