The maximum punishment under article 214 (vandalism) is three years of imprisonment.
It was reported that on the morning of August 20, the police detained two young people and two girls on suspicion of involvement in the high -rise incident. According to the Echo of Moscow radio station, who interviewed the father of one of the detainees, the name of one of them is Alexei Shirokzhukhov.
“According to him and from the words of some of his friends, because this big party of these row jumps who jumped, they rose to this skyscraper, the flag hung there and everything was painted. And, as one girl says, not from the detainees, but with whom a dense relationship on these jumps is already in this party “VKontakte” it is known who painted it. These are the so -called ... They call themselves ruffers that rise to all sorts of heights, do not jump, and their goal is to rise, that is, to conquer the height without insurance, without everything. This is Rufer, a boy. I can't say for sure now. He is from Ukraine. That is, he arrived, did his job and left, ”said the father of Bnerazhukhov.
Searches were carried out in the houses of the detainees. According to the seized material evidence, a number of examinations were scheduled.
Kyiv Rufer Grigory Mustang also reported his detention. Initially, he wrote on Facebook that, unfortunately, he was not involved in the incident on the Kotelnicheskaya embankment, but then the post was deleted, and instead of him there were reports of detention. The Ukrainian specified that he was delivered to the Tagansky police department. At the same time, there are clearly fictional details in the messages (“A diver emerged nearby, presented the FSB certificate and put on handcuffs”), as well as geotags reporting that the author of posts is in Kyiv.
“But they say that in Rus' the cops are angry. The flag was returned, drunk with tea and even a cat was held to give Dali, ”Mustang wrote a little later, posting a photo with a cat on the couch.
