Lavrov: Russia is preparing to send another humanitarian convoy to Ukraine

The head of the Russian Foreign Ministry Sergei Lavrov, speaking at a press conference for Russian and foreign journalists, said that Russia was going to send a second humanitarian convoy to Ukraine.
