
The Basmann District Court of Moscow at the request of the Investigative Committee arrested real estate objects of the former head of the Guem -Denis of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Denis Svugrobov and his deputy Boris Kolesnikov, accused of organizing a criminal community. Their total cost exceeds 300 million rubles, Kommersant reports.
Under the sanction, among other things, the loft apartments with an area of 1,500 square meters, where, according to investigators, planned to settle, General Sugrobov planned. A medium -sized gastron was also arrested, allegedly bringing income to the Kolesnikov family. The defense of the accused claims that the court arrested indiscriminately real estate of all relatives and friends of the generals.
As the assistant chairman of the court Anna Fadeeva told the newspaper, such a measure was necessary to ensure the interests of the victims in the criminal case on the organization of the criminal community. This category included mainly officials, unreasonably, from the point of view of the TFR, detained by former anti -corruptions - now many of them have already filed civil lawsuits in millions of rubles to the accused.
According to the data close to the investigation, real estate was arrested not only to ensure the interests of the victims, but also in order to destroy the economic base of the alleged criminal community.
The source said that in fact, all arrested property was legally registered with relatives and close people of generals. However, the investigators had reasons to believe that the funds obtained by the accused as a result of their illegal activities were invested in real estate.
Boris Kolesnikov, his chief Denis Sugrobov and a number of other employees are accused of participating in the criminal community, provocation of a bribe and abuse of authority. According to investigators, officers developed a senior employee of the FSB of Russia, while violating the articles of the Law on operational-search activities and a number of other legislative acts.
On June 16, Kolesnikov committed suicide, jumping from the sixth floor of the TFR building in Moscow. However, the circumstances of Kolesnikov’s death then had doubts. The Investigative Committee began a second check on the fact of its death.
