The housing authorities of the Ministry of Defense intend to redistribute the apartments of those waiting list who for a long time do not report their intentions regarding the proposed housing in Moscow, a high -ranking source in the military department told RIA Novosti .
“From the beginning of May, when an experiment began in Moscow on the preliminary distribution of housing, the Department of Housing of the Ministry of Defense of Russia made proposals for apartments more than six thousand military personnel. Only about 70% of them informed the department about their consent with the proposed housing. The rest of the months cannot determine the decision of the consent or disagreement with the proposed apartment,” the agency’s interlocutor noted.
He recalled that in accordance with the Order of the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation of September 30, 2010 N1280, which regulates the procedure and rules for providing housing in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, the serviceman is obliged to notify the housing security department about his decision within five days after receiving the distribution of living space. However, these rules are far from observed, so the housing process is unreasonably delayed.
“In this situation, apparently, it will have to be proposed by someone to distribute housing to other waiting lists, those who later got in line,” the agency’s interlocutor said.
Last week, the director of the Department of Housing Support of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation Sergey Pirogov reported that in 2014 more than 13 thousand Russian military personnel received apartments, another four thousand will receive them before the end of the year. According to the plans of the military department, it is supposed to solve a completely housing problem among military personnel by 2019.
