The stuffiness in the rooms, employees stupidly roam them like dying autumn flies. Both my head and their heads resolutely refuse to work and give a scientific product to the mountain. I only want to chat, drink beer and play preference. In general, due to the hot summer, the scientific process froze until the fall.

However, at a time when we, scientists, can afford to fall into a summer hibernation, officials must continue to work for the good of the people, continue to create good to the world.

Every day and hourly, this happens all the time in all ministries and departments. Tightly finish the latest budget parameters in the Ministry of Finance, preoccupied with the readiness of schools by September 1 in educational structures. There are no exceptions of scientific departments. Fano continues his tireless work on the excitement of employees of subordinate institutions. At the height of the vacation season, the department sent out letters from the institutes with a request to submit information about those who wanted to participate in the Fan's housing and construction cooperative. Caring for employees, Fano plans to build up to 60 thousand square meters of housing in the new Moscow, which is included in the new Moscow.

When my colleagues told me about this, I almost wept: tirelessly, despite the hellish conditions - heat and vacation, our benefactors work for our good! But how predictable is the desire of the authorities to create a reasonable, kind, eternal, equally predictable and reaction of subordinates - everything is not so and not that. Swearing, swearing and swearing again - this is the natural reaction of the Russian person about all the bossy undertakings.

I'm afraid even if the apartments were built at the budget account and distributed free of charge, the recipients would still be unhappy. There would be conversations that the apartments are not enough, that the quality of housing disappointed, that one of the involved in the process shamefully acquired this construction.

And now displeased voices are heard. What kind of nonsense are there - to collect lists when everything is on vacation, at conferences and in the field? Why is some formal, meaningless price to the people? And so on and the like.

What can I say in response to all this? The device works continuously because it cannot but work. This is time. Kindness should not be ostentatious, to the public, you should not trim about it into public. These are two. Finally, there are also important three. Is the country interested in giving any benefits irresponsible and lazy? Of course not! A real researcher should always be in touch, should always check his email. At the first call, he should be ready to go on the Internet and see something there.

And the price of the employee who neglected the need to be in touch, to be prepared to receive instructions and requests of the authorities, and instead went on some campaign or digs something in an ancient burial ground. He does not deserve any bonuses and good deeds.

Now about the price of a square meter. 90 thousand - is a little expensive? I am surprised at your position, colleagues: why do you turn your nose? This is the price set by the responsible ministry for Moscow. Think about what a responsible, patriotic approach consists in the case of announcing another bossal initiative? That's right, in every way to support and develop it!

If the leading instance showed the initiative to create housing cooperative to provide housing for those in need of employees, then all those in need, as one, must declare a decisive desire to join the housing cooperative. It doesn’t matter where, who and what will build, it does not matter whether the final price of 50 or 200 thousand per meter will be, but you need to participate. It is necessary to strain, if necessary, get into debt, but to support the initiative of the authorities with your ruble. And thus, to create good to the city and the world.
