This morning, at about 11-20, Ruslan Leviev was detained on Tverskaya. He walked along Tverskaya Street with the banner “Secret War - Secret Funeral” held high. The police stopped him, announcing that he was participating in an unauthorized rally, and demanded that he hand over the poster. After he refused, the poster was taken away from him, detained and taken to the Tverskoy police station. At the police station, the police promised to draw up a report on him first under Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, prepared to take him to court, then threatened him with 20.2. As a result, the police officer took written explanations and fingerprints from him, after which, after an hour and a half at the police station, Leviev was released without charge.
