Lithuania President Dalya Grybauskaite urged to immediately start the provision of military assistance to Kyiv, emphasizing that, having attacked Ukraine, Moscow actually entered a state of war with Europe.
At the EU summit, they must also approve the new head of the European Commission and the Supreme Representative for foreign policy.
