Nine servicemen died in the zone of special operation in eastern Ukraine

During the day, nine Ukrainian troops were killed in the zone of special operation in eastern Ukraine, and ten more were injured. This was announced at a press conference in Ukrinform by the adviser to the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Alexander Danilyuk. According to him, this is the loss of only the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Elena Solodovnikova, spokeswoman for road control, said that on Saturday morning, Shaposhnikov sent an SMS with the text "I am alive" and since then did not get in touch. There is no news from Vorobyov and Chkan since Thursday evening, the publication notes.

According to reports on social networks, more than a thousand inhabitants of Mariupol formed a live chain at checkpoint from the exit side in the direction of Novoazovsk. It is reported that among the audience there are many women and children.
