The squads, along with law enforcement agencies, will “prevent anti -state, provocative actions by the non -systemic opposition aimed at overthrowing the constitutional system,” the publication notes. The squads will include law enforcement veterans. The right to such activities is granted to them by the Federal Law "On Veterans". The squads will begin their activities in September.
