In particular, an office building belonging to Elite-Holding CJSC was arrested. One of the co -founders of the company is Kolomoisky. "Based on the received court decisions, a search was carried out in the building indicated above, during which documents relevant to the criminal case were discovered and seized," the report said.
The arrest was superimposed on the building "in order to stop financing terrorist activities and other criminal acts in relation to the civilian population of the southeast of Ukraine," the TFR notes. The investigation continues to identify other assets of Kolomoisky, including in Crimea.
On Monday, the bailiffs arrested the real estate of the Crimean health complex "Tavria", owned by Privatbank Kolomoisky. Such measures were taken after the Prosecutor's Office of Crimea conducted an audit for the possible “financing of terrorism” by Kolomoisky through organizations controlled by him in the peninsula.
