A criminal case on the use of violence against police officers at a cup match in Novosibirsk, held on Sunday, was brought to fans of Tomi. At the sector allocated for visiting fans during the Siberian derby “Siberia” - “Tom”, clashes with riot police occurred. Later, the press attache of the Tomsk team, Oleg Tysoshkin, accused of provocations of violence of law enforcement officers and emphasized that the riot police beat the fan of Tomi.
On Tuesday, it became known about the initiation of a criminal case under Part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code (“Application of violence against a representative of the authorities, not dangerous to life and health”).
“According to the investigation, August 31, 2014, after the end of the first half of the football match between the Tom and Siberia teams, football fans, dissatisfied with the result of the game and the legal actions of the police officers to prevent the riots in the match, caused bodily damage to various severity to four law enforcement guards,” the press service of the UKL in the Novosibirsk Region said .
In the video , brawls on the rostrum shows how the Novosibirsk riot police come to it, and torn plastic chairs fly in them.
Oleg Tamyshkin, the press attachment of the “Tomi” press on Monday, hinting that this would be a response to a statement about the beating of the fans of the team on Monday.
“As far as I know, several policemen turned to the medical authorities to examine the damage,” said Tyuskin in an interview with Sport-Express.
The Tomi press attache drew attention to the fact that during a brawl on the rostrum, a legless fan of the Tomsk team, who came to the match in Novosibirsk, was beaten. In an interview, Ita told how, from his point of view, events developed on the guest sector:
“The first incident occurred when Tom equalized the score (in fact, reduced the lag to the account of 1: 2, - ms. ) Fire was lit on the guest rostrum, the police entered the sector and began to“ reconcile ”our fans. At the same time, at the pre -match meeting, the delegate of the meeting reminded the representative of the law enforcement agencies that it was not necessary to enter the sector so as not to provoke fights. The police acted differently, in the end a response followed ... At some stage, the situation was normalized. However, after the second goal of Tomi, another fire is lit, and the story repeats. The sector has already entered the aggressively tuned riot police. ”
“Just at the entrance to the sector, our disabled fan was sitting. He has no legs. We have video frames that clearly see how he is lying ... as far as I know, this person visits all the home matches of the club and took the opportunity to go to the guest duel. After the game, we talked with him, he hit him many times on the head, he has a lot of cones from batons. You understand that he is already lying, and he will be mutus! ” - Vykushkin was indignant.
According to him, the police used force in relation to fans and in the sub -tribune room, and 12 visiting fans were first detained, but then released without registration of administrative violations.
Later, on Tuesday, a team from Tomsk made an official statement.
“Tom Football Club” does not approve of the actions of fans who lit Fieires on the guest sector. This is a violation of the rules of the competition and provides for serious penalties for the club. However, we believe that the further development of events that entailed riots in the guest sector were triggered by not proportionate actions from the Novosibirsk police and riot police against Tomsk fans, ”the club said .
Recently, incidents with clashes of riot police and fans in the stands have not occurred as often as in the early 2000s. Tired of constant beating with rubber batons, often even without explanation, fans began to resist police violence.
The first organized resistance was provided at the match "Saturn" - "Spartak" in 1999 in Ramensky near Moscow. When the riot police tried to go to the rostrum, the fans did not run away, as it usually happened, but they repulsed. Treked chairs flew into riot police. The game was interrupted for 15 minutes. Soon, the clashes of fans with the police became permanent, but there were no criminal cases after such brawls and torn chairs. Soon, the authorities agreed with the demand of the fans to remove riot police from the stands, at the same time, a video surveillance system for the stands was introduced at the stadiums.
In 2012, a criminal case under Articles 213 (“Hooliganism”) and 318 of the Criminal Code (“Application of violence against government representatives”) was instituted against the fans of the Moscow Spartak from the Union group. The fight between the hooligans and the police took place in the lobby of the Sportivnaya station. As a result, all the defendants were sentenced to conditional terms.
