A street musician was detained and taken to the Zamoskvorechye police station.

A street musician, guitarist Mikhail Adamauskas was detained. According to the woman who called OVD-Info, Adamauskas was quietly playing the guitar in the street, there was no crowd around. Nevertheless, he was taken to the Zamoskvorechye police department, where they are going to draw up a protocol against him under Article 20.2. The caller to OVD-Info said that Adamauskas was offered to either go to court or pay a fine of 500 rubles.

In July, under similar circumstances, a street musician, guitarist-instrumentalist Sergei Khavsky was detained in Moscow. A protocol was drawn up against him under the same article, the court sentenced him to a fine of ten thousand rubles.
