The defense of Belousov tried to achieve parole, but the consideration of the case was delayed - the petition was transferred from the Preobrazhensky Court of Moscow to the Stavropol Territory, where the political prisoner was transferred.

In mid-July, the swamp prisoner was hospitalized from the Botyreka pre-trial detention center, subordinate to the Tver court, to the hospital of the SIZO-1 Matrosky Silence, assigned to the Preobrazhensky court. In this regard, the petition of Belousov was sent from the Tver court to Preobrazhensky .

In the "Swamp Case of Eight", the student of Moscow State University Belousov was sentenced to 2.5 years in prison, the Moscow City Court reduced his conclusion by three months.
