It is accidentally or intentionally, but the professor and head of the department of the largest university in Chuvashia actually voiced the position of that “scientific” community that is involved in the activities of dissectioning factories. Professor Yakovlev is probably the first who, so clearly, frankly and briefly outlined the rules of the organization of “science” in Russian [1] .
“So what if you even wrote off a person?”, Or “to write off the dissertations is permissible.” The professor publicly announced the admissibility of plagiarism, which is absolute cynicism from the practitioner. Such a system of values has nothing to do with academic ethics.

Serious and good people cannot "sit rewriting other people's work." That is, the originality of the work, according to the professor, is determined by the identity of the applicant, and not by the presence or absence of plagiarism.
Checks of dissertations for originality are carried out with the aim of “spoiling some perspective” to the owners of the degrees received. As the professor notes, such exposures are carried out exclusively “from envy”.
