September 21 in Moscow should be held by the all -Russian anti -war march

On September 21, the All -Russian “march of the world” was scheduled in Moscow against Russian military intervention in Ukraine. Among those who go to the procession, there will be a history teacher from the Moscow gymnasium No. 1567 Tamara Eidelman:

- War is one of the most terrible things on earth. And I absolutely do not want Russian boys to die for anything, because of some ambitions of our government.

- Indeed, now they say a lot about the fact that the Russian military is dying there, they talk about the economic consequences of Russian military aggression in Ukraine. What do you think, what can be the historical consequences of this military conflict?

- You know, I'm even scared to think about it! They can be terrible because I see and read, and hear about some terrible bitterness. And this can lead to some explosions of cruelty in Russia and Ukraine too.

There is a split between two fraternal countries. This can lead to a perfect change in all relations in free Europe. And most importantly, to a huge amount of evil. I don’t know whether this is considered historical consequences, or moral, as you want, but this is the worst.

- How do your students react to this war? How do you explain to them what is happening in Ukraine today? And do they understand this?

- It's hard to say about all students. Everything is different. We all know about it now, everyone thinks about it. We have special work on political events.

I think that my students roughly imagine my views, but I try to accustom them to the fact that the views are different. My main concept: please think how you want, the question is - how much you can justify how rational it is, human. Reason. This is what we do. The other day, we first tried such a task - we read different blogs from the Echo of Moscow, analyzed them and evaluated them from their point of view. As they appreciated, I don’t know yet, I didn’t have time to read it.

- Are your students going to march on September 21?

- I believe that minors have nothing to do there. But, according to rumors that have reached me, some are going. Not because I called them, but on my own.
