In Lugansk, terrorists expropriate the houses of local residents who left the city. About this writes Informator.lg.ua. It is known about six houses captured on Thursday.

As the witness of one of these captures that occurred on Chelyuskinov Street told the publication, two cars drove up to the private house. Armed terrorists came out of them, who stated that according to the order of the “head of the LPR” Igor Plotnitsky will now live here. They forced the guard to leave the premises, after which they carried out the things of legal owners.

The remaining five houses were expropriated in the private sector between Gaevsky’s ring and the Petrel cinema. According to eyewitnesses, terrorists received information about empty houses from quarterly committees. These structures are analogues of the Housing Office in areas built up by apartment buildings.

It is noted that the militants took houses not only those who fled to the peaceful regions of Ukraine, but also those who left for Russia.

On Wednesday, it was reported that the quarterly committees are censoring those who left, saying that their housing will be transferred to the ownership of the “LPR” to resettle “Russian soldiers”.

On August 31, “Ukrainian Pravda” transmitted with reference to the speaker of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Andrei Lysenko that in the city of Novoazovsk, who was seized by the Russian army, the invaders distributed “instructions” under the heading “how to behave with the peacekeeping contingent of the troops of the Russian Federation”. In particular, the point was contained there: "Be prepared at any time to free your living area for the location of the peacekeeping troops of the Russian Federation."

On September 5, Lysenko stated that the Russian FMS provided LPR terrorists lists of residents of the Luhansk region, who received refugee status in Russia. Refugees and apartments of refugees, added the SNBO speaker, LPR leaders intend to use for the temporary placement of militants and the Russian military, and then "nationalize".
