Larisa Shulman, who was detained yesterday at the Meshchansky police department on charges of beatings and hooliganism, was taken to the Meshchansky District Court. On the night of September 13, she was transported from the Department of Internal Affairs to the TDF of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate of Moscow and back.
