According to another episode, in January of this year, tax officials organized an audit of the LLC and blocked its current account, which contained 3.3 million rubles. Mr. Gilyazov decided to withdraw this money, which the tax authorities could collect as arrears. According to investigators, the businessman submitted false documents to the bank stating that the company allegedly had salary debts that urgently needed to be repaid. As a result, according to the case materials, he managed to transfer the above-mentioned amount to dummies and cash it out. The court sentenced Mr. Gilyazov to one year and 9 months of suspended imprisonment, as well as a fine of 100 thousand rubles. According to the Investigative Committee, he fully admitted his guilt.
