As indicated in the press release, Dobrodeev will lead the development of the company's strategy, as well as its financial and commercial activities.
The post of operating director of the company was taken by the head of the development department Andrei Rogozov. It is noted that he has been an employee of VKontakte since 2007 and stood at the origins of the creation of the network.
The position of the executive director will be abolished, and Dmitry Sergeyev, who occupied it, will become the director of VK.com holding company.
