The competition for the faculties of journalism is traditionally large, in early September thousands of future media workers began to study. What attracts young people into this profession at such times and do they understand what they get involved in? COLTA . RU decided to find out directly from students of the Faculty of Journalism of the Moscow State University, the Higher School of Economics and MGIMO (U) Foreign Ministry and asked them the following questions:
1) When and why did you decide to become a journalist?
2) What editions do you read?
3) Who are your favorite journalists?
4) Is it a favorable time for journalism in Russia, in your opinion?
5) What, in your opinion, is an ideal journalistic career in our time?
6) In which media, from your point of view, is it prestigious to work, and in which - not? Why?
7) Where would you like to work after graduation?
